Choosing a deck installation company is a big decision. How can you be sure that your new decking will be everything that you hope for; well-made, properly constructed, long-lasting? At Deckbuilders, we guarantee this for you.
Every single deck that we design and build is backed by our triple guarantee - DECKRITE. You have total peace of mind as we create your new outdoor space for you.
Our comprehensive DECKRITE guarantee covers three key areas: component longevity, structural indemnity and workmanship.
Your new decking will be guaranteed for:
- 12 months against workmanship and defects
- 5 years against defects in structural components, footings, columns, beams, joists and railings
- 10 years against the failure of any timber element due to fungal decay and insect attack
We pressure treat all your timber to Hazard Class 4 as a standard. This is a higher specification of treatment than is generally used for timbers in decking installations and is primarily used for timbers used below the ground.
